The whole week is an extended re-telling of the story of redemption. I feel for those folks who only show up for "church" at Christmas and Easter. It's like they read the first and last page, and miss the whole story in between. I suppose part of it is impatience to get to the end of the journey, without actually taking on the journey. After all, though a journey can be enjoyable, it is also, well, work.

Of all the beasts in the field, the camel has the ability to appear the most contemplative, I feel. Blessings to you this week, Joe.
