Mrs. Falstaff

Humm... Had a frustrating day, did we, Fr. Joe?

Initially, historians thought that the presence of small cups at such sites were indications of simple libation offerings; however new evidence shows that the cups were also used in the endless mantra "can I have a drink of water". The only thing we are sure of at this point is that there was indeed a libation, or rather several libations, and that the young participants in the ritual would, after having received the cups for libation, proceed to pour them out on the ground and upon each other.
