As they were considered a matter of adiaphora by Hooker in the Laws,
then might one also argue that episcopal crossing of boundaries is not in conflict with the core doctrine (in the sense of being creedal) of the Anglican Church of Canada?
Just a thought that came to me on the plane ride, with a variety of scenarios ensuing.
Hi Joe, I just wanted to thankyou for the posts around the General Synod. My brothers and sisters in the ACC are in my prayers...there is always such pain, and grieving when we think about inclusion, and exclusion. Thanks again, Peace Ron+

The crossing of Diocese boundaries by bishops is, imho, well into the category of 'adiaphora'.

thanks ron;
I think this is about to get a whole lot messier...
confusion reigns.

The question might well be whether Joe's sense of humour could be placed in the adiaphora category. I'm pretty sure personally that it will be in conflict with core doctrine should the vote be so moved.

I don't think it's even adiaphora. I don't think it's really doctrine. More corporate governance. But it still is important.
