University of Alberta Chaplaincy Fundraiser

Annual University Chaplaincy Dinner and Silent Auction will take place on Thursday, May 1st, 2008 at 6:00pm at the Faculty Club at the University of Alberta.  The guest speaker will be Professor Mark Peppler, D. Phil from the Faculty of Medicine “Faith in the Time of Cholera”.  Please send all Silent Auction Donations to the Rev. Emma Vickery at St. George’s, Edmonton (11733-87 Ave; T6G 0Y4).  Tickets are $45 and available from the Educational Chaplaincy Board (130 Mission Ave, St. Albert, AB; T8N 2C6).

The work of campus ministry is funded partly by grants from the diocese and parishes, and also by donations from individuals.  This is a great outreach ministry in our midst - over 35000 students attend the University of Alberta.  Please consider either donating an item to the silent auction, or attending the dinner and making a donation to the work of campus ministry.
