In The Salvation Army we call it an installation service. I picture bolting the new Officer to the floor. However, it doesn't sound as painful as induction. ;)

I trust you will have a fine preacher - like the one who gave an inspiring sermon at an Induction in Edson some years ago. (Of course, that was Joe, for those who weren't there!) You're in my prayers.
